I Am Worth It Youth Program

Empowering Children to Believe in Themselves—One Positive Choice at a Time

The I Am Worth It Program is a youth empowerment initiative designed to encourage, reward, and uplift children for the positive choices they are making in their lives. At an early age, children begin forming beliefs about who they are, what they deserve, and what is possible for them. This program exists to ensure those beliefs are rooted in self-worth, confidence, discipline, and purpose.

We believe that when children are affirmed, supported, and celebrated for doing good, they are more likely to continue making positive decisions—academically, socially, and emotionally.

Our Mission

The mission of the I Am Worth It Program is to teach children how to:

  • Love, respect, and value themselves

  • Understand their worth and potential

  • Learn the importance of education, obedience, and responsibility

  • Develop confidence through positive reinforcement and encouragement

We help children recognize that good behavior, effort, and achievement matter—and that they are worthy of being celebrated.

How the Program Works

The I Am Worth It Program rewards children for:

  • Positive behavior at home and school

  • Academic achievement, including Honor Roll recognition

  • Demonstrating respect, responsibility, and good character

Children who meet program criteria are rewarded with positive experiences and activities, such as:

  • Arts & crafts experiences

  • Build-A-Bear or similar creative activities

  • Recreational outings (Golfland, Slim Kitchen, and other family-friendly venues)

  • Group activities that promote joy, confidence, and connection

These rewards are not just “treats”—they are affirmations that say:
“Your efforts matter. Your behavior matters. You matter.”

Teaching Life Values Early

Through this program, children are introduced to age-appropriate lessons around:

  • Self-love and self-respect

  • The value of education and learning

  • Obedience, structure, and accountability

  • Basic financial awareness and the concept of wealth

  • Making positive choices and understanding consequences

By planting these seeds early, we help children develop a strong internal foundation that can support them throughout their lives.
