(LCTW) is a Faith Based Loving Community-Centered Nonprofit dedicated to feeding, clothing, comforting, and caring for vulnerable individuals and families across the California Bay Area.
The Mission of Love Changing the World, Inc. is all about LoveFirst.
(LCTW) is to feed, clothe, comfort and care for vulnerable people living in poverty with love to all generations without discrimination.
Founded on the belief that love and compassion is a powerful catalyst for change, LCTW LoveBlessings serves communities through weekly food distribution, clothing programs, outreach support, and practical resources for individuals facing hardship. We work directly in neighborhoods across the Bay Area, offering consistent, hands-on assistance to those experiencing hunger, homelessness, financial instability, or lack of access to basic necessities.
At the heart of our work is a commitment to unconditional love. Whether we are packing food boxes, providing coats and warm clothing, distributing toys, hygiene bags, supporting low-Income families, foster care, unhoused, disabled, or delivering resources to individuals in crisis, every interaction is rooted in care. We serve without barriers, without judgment, and without limitations—because everyone deserves to be shown love, seen, supported, and valued.
LCTW partners with local churches, community organizations, corporate sponsors, and dedicated volunteers to expand our reach and deepen our impact. Together, we work to break cycles of poverty, uplift families, and strengthen the social fabric of the Bay Area through consistent, compassionate action.

Love Changing The World was founded by a leader whose life has been shaped by love, resilience, compassion, and a deep commitment to service. After a serious accident left her legally blind when glass severely cut her eyes , she refused to let the injury limit her purpose. Instead, she transformed her recovery into a testament to what’s possible when love, strength, faith, and community come together.
Her journey is a reminder that challenges do not define us—they refine us.
She continues to lead with love, vision, heart, and determination, proving that empowered individuals can create empowered communities. Under her leadership, Love Changing The World remains dedicated to meeting people where they are, uplifting those in need, and demonstrating that every act of service has the power to transform lives with the LOVE OF GOD.

Aleesa Evans, Board Treasurer
Aleesa Evans serves as the Treasurer for Love Changing the World, Inc., where she is committed to helping the organization grow financially and extend meaningful support to underserved and unhoused communities. With a background as a Payroll Technician for the County of Merced and experience as a Family Services Representative, she brings strong financial insight and a deep understanding of community needs to her role.
Since joining Love Changing the World, Inc. in 2017, Aleesa has contributed in various capacities—from creative support to financial management—always with a heart to serve. She is passionate about breaking barriers surrounding the unhoused and ensuring that every individual receives dignity, compassion, and the love of God.
In addition to her work, Aleesa stays actively involved in her community through New Faith Tabernacle’s Community Baby Shower initiative. She also ministers through dance and flags with For His Glory Worship Arts Ministry. Above all, she values family and cherishes time spent with loved ones.
